Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage workers’ attendance records and payroll;
Work closely with workers and external parties on daily operation;
Handle and maintain data in-house system;
Provide clerical and administrative support;
Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested.

Requirements:

F.5 or above with at least 1 years’ relevant site clerical / administration experience;
Hands-on experience in using MS Office applications (MS Word & Excel);
Well organized and good communication skill;
Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferred;
Immediate available is highly preferred;
Working Location: Kowloon;
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Site Clerk.
